Please, leave a comment! Constructive criticism is welcome - I want to know what you like and what needs improvement, and hey, I'm a narcissist, I want to hear what you have to say. On the other hand, if all you've time or energy for is "cool!" or "you spelled 'antidisestablismentarianism' backwards," go for it.
And yeah. I've actually done that. There's probably something wrong with me.

She is never gladder for her thick beard—her mother be damned, she was going to grow it out to a length she could be proud of, none of this carefully groomed stubble for her!—when she met Boromir’s younger brother, Faramir. While both men towered over her, at least Boromir had a thickness to his body which appealed to her Dwarven sensibilities. Faramir was built as though he had originally been intended by the gods as a walking stick than a Man.
ReplyDeleteHer beard concealed how hard she had to bite her lips to keep from laughing at her gawky brother-in-law—although she was fairly sure that Boromir saw at least a little of it, if his confused glance revealed anything. She was glad, suddenly, that he had been sent to Rivendell so many, many months ago.
